Where do I fit in? Fundamental clinics focus on developing the "hockey stride", agility and puck handling skills. It is designed for women that are fairly new to hockey. It is NOT a learn to skate program. Advanced clinics focus on quick puck movement, game situation drills, speed and execution. It is designed for women who are confident in their skating and puck handling skills and want to take their game to the next level.
